As we continue our global expansion, we’re looking for a proactive New Sales & Business Development Officer to identify and win new business opportunities.
Your Mission
As a New Sales & Business Development Officer, you will work closely with our existing sales team. Your role covers the entire sales cycle – from identifying and qualifying leads to engaging decision-makers and closing deals. Once a new contract is signed – a result of strong collaboration with our internal resources – you’ll ensure a smooth handover to our operations team for series production.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to new customers
- Manage your sales pipeline using a structured approach to lead handling, qualification, and conversion
- Qualify prospects by thoroughly assessing their needs and decision-making process
- Engage customer representatives at different levels – technical, procurement, and executive – to influence and understand their buying process
- Present and demonstrate our patented, innovative technology and manufacturing services to build trust and show value
- Coordinate with internal teams and management to deliver technical demos and customized proposals
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition to production
- Monitor industry trends and gather customer feedback to refine strategies and expand market reach
- Take responsibility for your own sales administration, following company procedures and processes
Who You Are
You’re a true business hunter – always on the lookout for opportunities and driven to close deals. You know how to connect with decision-makers across various levels and have a natural ability to engage and build lasting relationships.
You’re proactive, goal-oriented, and have a keen eye for spotting new opportunities. Communication is one of your core strengths, and you know how to inspire trust and drive conversations forward. With a strong understanding of B2B customer decision-making, you know how to navigate complex processes to push deals through.
You work independently and take ownership – but also thrive in a collaborative team where shared success is celebrated.
Your Background
- Several years of experience in international B2B sales – ideally in high-tech manufacturing services, electronic components, or printed electronics
- Experience from working with an electronics manufacturing partner or an electronic components distributor is a strong plus
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – Swedish is a merit
- Willingness to travel internationally to meet clients, attend trade shows, and participate in networking events
- Based in Norrköping or open to remote work for the right candidate
