Flex it. Shape it. Count on it.

The DP Patterning team exhibitng on a trade fair

Today DP Patterning is kickstarting the show at Productronica in Munich 14-17 November, together with an unprecedented line-up of demonstrating customers. DP Patterning reveals that Actia Nordic and SCIO will join previously announced demonstrator Marquart and Gentherm in Hall B2, Booth 506.

DP Patterning has joined forces with its customers to showcase a unique range of applications, all produced by the DPP 360 flex PCB-system. And the customers on display are all leading players in their respective field.

Bright illumination solutions by SCIO
SCIO develops and produces flexible, green electronics for customized applications and functions in existing or new products. By using innovative, mostly additive processes SCIO can reduce the process steps and further increase the sustainability of the customers’ products. For the integration of electronics into customer products SCIO are looking for innovative ways to connect and integrate in the most efficient and space-reduced ways. Therefore, the electronics are brought directly onto the customers materials such as injection molded objects or integrate foils, even thermoformable, into these. Our goal is to achieve green electronics for a cleaner future.

Telematics and connectivity solutions from Actia
Actia is a pioneering key player and technology leader in connectivity and telematics. Actia produces everything from single applications to full connectivity eco-systems. They have identified several benefits utilizing the DPP 360 system.

Dry Phase Patterning is a production method that, for us at Actia, combines several key features of modern electronics production: groundbreaking sustainability, the combination of both rapid prototyping and high volume production in a single system, inhouse manufacturing for full IP protection on sensitive designs and last but not least, significant cost saving potential, says Jörgen Angbratt, Production Manager, ACTIA EMS Sweden AB (part of ACTIA Group).

Actia, Gentherm, SCIO and Marquardt are also accompanied by material manufacturer and DP Patterning partner Skultuna Induflex.
